I specialize in attachment-based therapy, focusing on helping families, couples, and individuals create stronger, healthier relationships. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that are keeping you stuck, build emotional safety, and help you establish healthy boundaries across the lifespan.

I’m here to help you externalize the oppression you’ve internalized and create a safe space where your authenticity can show up. My work is all about meeting you where you are, supporting you in breaking the cycles of generational trauma, and helping you heal with intention.
I’m a feminist, trauma-informed therapist who brings values into the therapy room. I’m not a blank slate—I stand by principles of social justice and liberation psychology, and I won’t shy away from calling out systemic oppression, whether it’s white supremacy, capitalism, or other structures that contribute to burnout and exploitation.
